Missing help for option --managesieve_capability in man page

  Hi,

Not really sure how to edit a man page using command line only, please 
enlighten me and I can make the patch for it.

Also right now the --help text for --managesieve_capability isn't really 
clear that you have to do "\"option\" \"value\"" to make it work.
