I will need to test this, since I am proxying to different backends, some with an older courier-imapd without compression support und my own backends with compression. And as always: most clients ignore any further capabilities advertisment which may occur after the login. (This has already bitten me twice.) It will be interesting to see if the clients breaks badly if I advertise compression support via perdition and the backend then does not understand the command. Grüße, Sven. -- Sig lost.
