Thanks for the information. I guess I could use this as a workaround, but 
I don't really want to have a separate collection with just my inboxes in. 
I'll get confused between them and end up saving messages to the wrong 
place. I'd rather just have each INBOX in the folder collection where it 
belongs, rather than hiding it.
