good idea Chris..  I'm having problems  implementing it.. trying:
C:\> start/wait "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORER.exe"

or netscape's path, or putting that "start/wait .." in mailcap for pine to
pickup doesn't work (just opens a blank dos window in win2k).. haven't tried a
batch file yet.. might try when i have more time...
