Bug in display of subject fields containing TAB characters

I'm using pine version 4.64 on FreeBSD. When the subject field contains a TAB character, pine displays that subject field incorrectly. I recieved an email with the following subject field folded on three lines where ^I represents a TAB character: Subject: [ooo-announce] ^IOpenOffice.org welcomes Microsoft's tentative moves towards ^IOpenDocument That subject field is displayd with extra white space where the TAB characters have been (on one line): Subject: [ooo-announce] OpenOffice.org welcomes Microsoft's tentative moves towards OpenDocument Correct display would be (on one line): Subject: [ooo-announce] OpenOffice.org welcomes Microsoft's tentative moves towards OpenDocument Mats ----------------------------------------------------------------- Mats Dufberg [email protected] Blaoarvsgraend 42 +46-8-38 48 59 SE-162 45 Vaellingby, Sweden +46-70-258 2588 _______________________________________________ Pine-info mailing list [email protected] http://mailman1.u.washington.edu/mailman/listinfo/pine-info
