Filtering unusual ASCII code

I get lots of spam mail with the characteristic that the text
(always in the subject field, sometimes even in the sender field,
and of course in the body as well) is written in the ISO 1022-jp code 
set, rather than iso-8859-1 (which I assume/hope is the standard).

Since I never - in over 8 years - ever saw this code set (1022)
used in any serious mail to me, I would like to filter my incoming
mail for any that uses the iso 1022-jp code set in the subject field.

So I have 2 related questions:
     (1) is there any argument against doing that?
     (2) how do I set the filter accordingly ? I tried looking for the
         sequence '[iso-1022-jp]'; but as I feared before even trying,
         that didn't work.
