In fact, it's almost the reverse - it forces NO TLS encryption (on a standard SMTP/POP3/IMAP connection on ports 25/110/143) and therefore almost guarantees that you WILL see the [INSECURE] prompt, since you have forced your connection to be insecure. I don't know if any way to disable that [INSECURE] prompt, other than to use TLS or SSL, sorry.
