Does v4.62 offer a Setup-Config preopen-stayopen-folders setting? 
AND;
Does v4.62 offer a Setup-Config stay-open-folders list entry to 
let you enter specific folders you want to stay open?

There is also a Setup-Config 
use-regular-startup-rule-for-stayopen-folders selection.
