Without all the work & fuss, or professor Timo Salmi's subject 
line password process, I think Pine filters alone work great for 
whitelist, addressbook, subject line passwords, & blacklist 
filtering.  No spam software or challenge/response to setup or 
cause trouble. With or without a reject sieve filter, it all 
works, very few junkers a month as opposed to hundreds a week 
without.

Possibly the reject filter notice I return is wrong & should be 
eliminated to avoid beating up on innocent parties. But I wanted 
to inform the legitimate owner of an email address that their 
email was rejected, & not wait for a response that would never 
arrive, or that their email address is being abused.

Anybody that emails my setups, acquired the address either from 
an acquaintance, an email such as this, or a webpage I created. 
Either of which offers subject line passwords openly to get in 
the first time. Then they get whitelisted/addressbooked by Pine 
filter. Bots do not collect subject line info apparently, so 
webpages openly providing subject line passwords work fine. Pine 
filters work great to blacklist by IP numbers/series.

My KISS system works quite well, with Pine filters alone, though 
I am always ready to listen to new ideas.
