Junk/Spam/etc. I generalize it as junk. I can appreciate the cost 
in system bandwidth, time, programming, labor, etc., My focus was 
only to leave the govt out of it. They will only make it worse & 
that will backfire on all of us.

Any efforts to find a way to control the junksters/spamsters/etc. 
is valid if we keep it private/commercial/nongovt. If somebody 
ever writes the code to reconcile the true sender with the path, 
destroying the scammed headers problem really, I suspect the 
solution will be workable. I suspect even a "trusted, validated, 
known email server" can be hacked is it is now. Maybe some wizard 
programmer will solve the problem & reconcile the sender & path 
soon. If you got an idea & working team, I wish you all the luck 
in the world. Go get-em!
