I'm not sure what you mean (in regards to me).

I simply added Reply-To to the custom headers list, so if I need
to add/fix the headers, I simply write my message, then hit ^R in the
headers section, and edit the recipients/add Reply-To as necessary.
I have the various lists I reply to often in my address book, so 
I have shorthand names for them.

Since messages are often cc-ed to a list and sent to the original 
recipient, I will often end up cc-ing to a list, with reply-to sent to
the list, and no To address at all.  That's just me being lazy, because
I can easily ^K the individual from the To field and leave the
existing list entry in the CC field.
