You are the only other user here I can presently determine providing a Reply-To, & it is loaded with the Pine Discussion Forum address. So I know my Role works fine with any reply I make to a message from you. A previous reply from you did not offer the Reply-To, & we both ended up doing the same thing - going off list/forum - I am sure we both did by mistake. That sort of started me on this project. > I simply added Reply-To to the custom headers list, so if I need > to add/fix the headers, I simply write my message, then hit ^R in > the headers section, and edit the recipients/add Reply-To as > necessary. I have the various lists I reply to often in my address > book, so I have shorthand names for them. Sure, the manual approach I started with, it provides a more open & versatile method actually. I just got fancy with the Role method, because I am lazy & like to do something only once, & in this case used the subject pattern [Pine-info] as key. As a matter of fact I just updated the Role to eliminate the Reply-To-All issue, no duplicate problems for anybody - all replies from me return to this list/forum unless somebody specifically provides a Reply-To otherwise - to intentionally go off list/forum. Which is fine in some cases - even required to avoid off topic replies & any personal chatter. -- The Best to You & Yours, RossARR [email protected] mrossarr.nixsyspaus.org/ ---end-of-message--- _______________________________________________ Pine-info mailing list [email protected] http://mailman1.u.washington.edu/mailman/listinfo/pine-info
