How Do I Report An Imap Bug?

Using the latest ImAP in OE 6, message status changes sometimes don't stick. 
Thus a deleted message isn't deleted at times, and some Read messages end up 
showing as unread. I've seen this behavior on two machines using OE 6 and on 
two different IMAP servers.
This wasn't the case in older IMAP versions, but I don't know when it 
changed. I also haven't determine what conditions cause the changes to fail 
to take effect.
I realize this isn't a Pine problem, but since I wanted to ask how to report 
it, I figured I'd mention what the problem itself is, in case anyone has any 
thoughts on it. Probably best to send them privately rather than clutter up 
the list, which admittedly I just did.
