i'm guessing he meant that it *defaults* to the last opened folder, so that 
pressing G [ENTER] repeatedly jumps between the last two folders.

fwiw, i burn hundreds of keystrokes every day switching between folder 
collections in the GOTO and SAVE prompts. i'd love a merged view like josef 
suggests. it would have to deal with issues like collisions, but that seems 
doable, if annoying.

defining tons of incoming folders is one alternative, but it's inappropriate 
in many cases.
