Well, this won't help find duplicates, but in 5 seconds of playing (I'm not
trying to be snotty), I found that I can : to select items in an address
book, and 'apply save' them to another address book.

I didn't continue with the function, but it looks like it would do what I would
expect (copy the address book entries from one address book to another).

You can also export them to a file..  So presumably you could export
multiple address books to files, merge them and remove duplicates...
then I'm not sure how to get them back in, since there seems to be no
import function.. presumably you could just replace your .addressbook file
while alpine wasn't running.
