finding subjects with windows-1251

running pine.4.64.1 I have some junk mail that when I'm in the folder display view reads in the subject: [windows-1251] Watches with 25% But when I do a search based on Subject text has "windows-1251" in it, the results from Pine come back empty. So I am guessing that the Pine folder display is converting the real subject.
