Keterangan ini yang di tampilkan di log. misal log mail anda di /var/log/mail.log, maka sebelum menjalankan test autentikasi, jalankan: shell$ tail -f /var/log/mail.log perhatikan keterangan di log tersebut untuk mengetahui bagian mana yang salah.
