Tidak bisa send email krn timed out

Aku coba ping dan traceroute ke host itu hasilnya unreacheable.
Tapi kalau ditelnet 195.145.xx.xx port 25 (mesin penerima) bisa response.

Gimananya kira-kira solusinya ?
