Halo postfix mohon pencerahannya

Dikantor saya baru pake configure postfix dan semua berjalan dengan oke tapi
ketika akan menerima email diclientwin98(192.168.0.22) dia minta username
dan pasword walaupun sudah diisi tapi selalu ditolak terus

-ketika cek disever   di var/log/maillog

terakhir di baris akhir  seperti ini

pop3 service init from 192.168.0.22
