Be very very careful. In 99.9999999999% of cases when people are trying to return messages they are doing it for the wrong reasons, exposing themselves to being listed on RBLs, and even worse, ending up on private (and permanent) blacklists.

The rule of thumb is you never return a message you've accepted. You can REJECT it during the SMTP transaction, but beyond that, you get it and it doesn't leave your system.
