Spam with fake list headers

Has anyone been seeing an increase in spams with fake list headers? Quite a few on my list account. Anyone have any ideas? Other than being obviously bogus, I can't see anything that procmailrc could really grab onto to dump these messages. -- 'There's Mr Dibbler.'
