I'm not going to subscribe to that list just to find out what their
message headers contain, but a quick peek at the archives indicates
that they put "[Proftpd-user]" in the Subject line.  Why not look for
that?

Incidentally it's almost never useful to look for a "Bcc" header.
That field gets removed before the message leaves the original
sender's user or submission agent (otherwise the copy wouldn't be
"blind").
