The message id, and whatever you mean by SENDER and RECIPIENT, will be in 
the headers of the email.

For instance, the message I'm replying to has:

Return-Path: <[email protected]>
Sender: [email protected]
From: Ian Zimmerman <[email protected]>
To: [email protected]
Received:...for <[email protected]>;
Message-ID: <[email protected]>
