CentOS 5 and qmailadmin 1.2.13 or CVS version compile error

Hi,

I am running a CentoS 5.3 i386 system and try to install qmailadmin
1.2.13 or the current CVS version.
I run ./configure :
./configure --enable-htmldir=/var/www/qmailadmin
--enable-imagedir=/var/www/qmailadmin/images
--enable-imageurl=/qmailadmin/images --enable-ezmlm-mysql=n
--enable-modify-quota

But I get an error on the make:

I don't know how I can fix this error, I got the same error with the
older versions.
VPOPMAILDIR is defined in the Makefile:

vpopgroup = vchkpw
vpopmaildir = /home/vpopmail
vpopuser = vpopmail

What am I missing or doing wrong? :)
