Where is the qmail Licence?

Hi, Do I need a licence to use and distribute qmail? (I assume I need something). I've found the list of terms at http://cr.yp.to/qmail/dist.html . Is this the complete list/licence? (Just in case I've missed something). Thanks, --- Andy
