the problem is that dan refuses to specify:

- what "using" is
- what "legally obtaining" is
- who "you" are
- refuses to answer to any of the above questions with decent answers.

The consensus is: "he won't sue you, so do with it what you like, as
long as you don't make your own commercial product out of it"
