so what if:

- client "leases" server (with his supplier, or his bank, or whatever)?
- clients "rents" server + services from us? (managed dedicated
  servers?)
- I sell the server (naked, without software) to the client, and bill
  him seperately for the setup? What if I setup the system at our
  offices, and deliver the server (but with 2 invoices) to the client?
