The principle that Dan is applying, if I understand him correctly, is
that anybody who receives a copy of qmail should receive it
unmodified.  I think it would have been far, far better for Dan to
have taken my advice, used a trademarkable name, and denied use of the
trademark to anyone who modifies his software.
