This is the biggest hole in djb's so-called licence agreement. My
argument is that there are plenty of ways around this and so all djb's
terms do is cause confusion and suffering for innocent users and a
unreasonable amount of aggravation for those who provide their services
here free of charge. We the community are in effect paying for djb's
'licence' every single time the issue gets raised. We pay in time and
bandwidth and no doubt in sweat. It is time the community stood up and
took advice as to the legality of this 'licence' and then published the
results here for all to see. 

I will pay $100 towards the fund for a lawyer to examine the licence, as
long as we agree on the lawyer and his results cover a) USA b) Europe,
c) Rest of the World and as long as we agree that his findings are
published here.
