Well, to be sure: This package compiles nicely as-is, and produces a
number of binaries like qmail-send, maildirmake, and what else you
expect. I didn't attempt to install since I already have a different
installation running, _BUT_ a package that's compiled without
the errno-patch yields _a_lot_ of error messages (and, if memory
serves, temporary delivery failures) when _run_.
