Hi completed a qmail installation. Everything seems to work great. There are a few things that I'm expecting to circumvent in some manner. Please see if anyone of you could help. I'm still searching on means to go about it: 1.> the qmail-pop3d reads mails from the "new" directory and sends it to the user. However, it also in parallel moves the mail to "cur". I wanted to tweak this behavior to _stop_ the moving of the mails to cur and let them be in new itself. This is really important to me since, we are indexing those mails (in new) and the path in the index points to the path of the mail (which will change after the mail is read!!!). 2.> Dont know if this question actually refers to this group or not. In case it does not, i apologies and request to ignore. After I installed vpopmail, I've not been able to pop mails for system users. Is it because vpopmail will change the supervise/run script? (the home page says that it can handle /etc/passwd users as well, but I'm not able to "authenticate" my system users. however, all virtual users created work fine.). Please see if someone can help!!! Any pointers to FAQs, forums etc will is greatly appreciated. Anticipating a resolving reply, Thanks, -- Madhur Kumar Tanwani
