redistibution of packages

Hello.  Am interested in redistributing six tarballs.  These three are specifically listed as being redistributable:

1871af2453d6e464034968a0fbcb2bfc  daemontools-0.76.tar.gz



39b619147db54687c4a583a7a94c9163  ucspi-tcp-0.88.tar.gz




Cannot find clear evidence that distributing these next three would be against DJB's copyright.  Can anyone offer guidance?

Lastly, am reading on http://cr.yp.to/distributors.html that these packages can only be distributed until Jan 2008.  Has this date been fixed for awhile, or does it increment annually?
