What are the distribution Terms for

As per the video

However I do not see the mess822, serialmail, qmailanalog on 
"FAQ from distributors" http://cr.yp.to/distributors.html

Will mess822, serialmail, qmailanalog also be placed into Public Domain?
I ask this because I want to release on sourceforge.net a work as Open
Source which uses the above software.
