After reading the Open Source Definition at: 

 http://www.opensource.org/docs/definition.php 

am I correct in believing that the only thing that stops qmail from being 
labelled OSI-approved Open Source software is the clause in point 3 that 
states: 

 "The license must explicitly permit distribution of software built from 
modified source code." 

?
