Yes, and with s/qmail it is solved by means of the /package installation tools.
I guess, Dan - at that time - had GUID and GGID settings in mind.

Ack. Within s/qmail I follow that path; though unfortunately, in particular TLS settings can be 
quite complicated. What I try to do, is to maintain precise man pages.
