In particular, I recorded the places where I had difficulty, and what I did to solve the problems. These notes definitely aren't a recipe to do the task, though. Would you like me to send you a copy of these notes (a text file)? I'm not sure how big this file would be, but it shouldn't be more than 40 or 50k, if that. I'd rather not post these notes on the mailing list, though. I'll just have to extract them from a more encompassing file, and go through them to make sure I haven't left any disparaging remarks or foul language. ;-) Be aware that my setup isn't a mail server, it's merely a desktop.
