Russell updated it a while back with a fix for delivered-to spam. I 
think the main problem with the updates was when QMR fell out of 
maintenance.

JMS patches still work ok, but AFAICS the only major pain points will be 
as TLS versions moves forward.

It's a real shame that install laziness is winning as people opt for 
Exim or Postfix.
