netqmail and TLS/SSL

I've tried several TLS/SSL patches to netqmail 1.06, and all compile
and install. But qmail-start's log file:

    mymailrelay.com_does_not_like_recipient./ \\

I've tried different combinations of various /var/qmail/control/
files, but to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
