Samba support in phpQLAdmin 2.3 (Was: DON'T USE CVS)

Oki, that was smoother than I had anticipated.

Aaron sent me a patch a couple of weeks ago which was quite
straight forward to implement Samba account support in phpQLAdmin.

The reason it took so long to commit the patch(es) wasn't
the complexity, but the need to be ABSOLUTLY sure I wanted
to put it in HEAD and not in a separate branch....

All patches (not only Aarons) have not been commited into
HEAD and I'll see if I can release both a 2.2 and a 2.3 version...
