Not receive mails

I'm at a stage of domain migration.

For one domain, I need

-- NO: to receive emails.
-- YES: to send emails.

I thought disable accounts for not receiving, but then I can not send.
I've thought about removing the MX record of the domain but if not then I will have problems sending by MX record checks on remote servers.

Any Ideas?
