qmail-ldap with silly qmail syndrome

hello,

i am working with qmail-ldap since 2002 and a few days ago i tried to 
install a new mail server
with centos 5.2-64bit.

After a few tests i discovered that the silly qmail syndrome was still 
there, despite the fact that
qmail-ldap was compiled properly.

LDAPFLAGS=-DQLDAP_CLUSTER  -DBIGTODO -DEXTERNAL_TODO -DDASH_EXT 
-DDATA_COMPRESS -DQMQP_COMPRESS -DSMTPEXECCHECK

After google searching nothing relevant found.
