Removing duplicate messages

Dear Team,
Now i have a requirement in which i want if we send and
receive any message and if the message contains same mail id more than one
time in the To, CC, BCC field
than it only accept or send message one time to the user ( Remove duplicate
). i have searched a lot in google or other mailing list as well but did not
find any solution so far.
Please share your experience with me which will help me and other qmail
users as well.
