Error with QMail-Group (Aack,_child_crashed)

Dear all, 

I have installed Qmail-ldap , below is the information 

OS version - Fedora 9 
Platform - x86_64 (64 bit) 
Ldap patch version - qmail-ldap-1.03-20060201.patch 

My normal Qmail works proper. 

I am having one group with 70000 members in it, when i send mail to this group it gives below error. 

@4000000049805b5e2248c96c delivery 4: deferral: Aack,_child_crashed._(#4.3.0)/ 

however this grouping works perfect on other machine with same setup ( platform is 32 bit). 
few things i observed are 
- Qmail group function works proper up to fedora 7 version ( on both 32 bit & 64 bit) 
- Qmail group works proper on fedora 9 (32 bit ) even though members are 70000. 
- Qmail groups works perfect on fedora 9 (64 bit) for members up to 30000 

I tried ggogling about this error and it shows that this issue was resolved in previous versions of patch, but i think this must be something diffrent problem.
