Sorry but... I can not understand why you want to do this.

If you set SMTPAUTH="" ==> ALL users in LAN must be authenticated to do 
relaying.
It's true that this does not apply when A sends local message to B (local 
too). In other words, SMTPAUTH is SMTPAUTH remote, not SMTPAUTH local.
