He's trying to setup qmail-ldap to use Active Directory as LDAP backend. That said, from what i've read on the subject, i believe you'll need to edit some of qmail-ldap source files to change some of the default attributes. That, or try to import qmail.schema into the AD. I'm sure there are some threads on this list archive that have at least some pointers on the subject. Google is also your friend.
