courier imap server

Hi folks,

i have implemented an qmail-ldap server, so far so good. I am running
everything 100% (smtp, pop3 and core funcionalities of qmail).

I am facing lots of difficulties with getting courier imap server running.
I would like imap to authenticate via sasl (yes i am running cyrus-sasl
100% perfectly). May someone point me the documentation fo running imap
daemon and make it auth against saslauthd
