Hi,

I use "Kaspersky Anti-Virus On-Demand Scanner for FreeBSD 5.x. Version
5.5.2/RELEASE build #92" with "qmail-scanner-1.25"

When I start kavscanner on the command line, it's work fine.

But when I use kavscanner (AVP) with qmail-scanner, I've got a security
error :

Fri, 20 Jan 2006 19:45:40 CET:44911: run
/usr/local/share/kav/5.5/kav4mailservers/bin/kavscanner -i0 -xp -j2
/usr/local/qmailscan/tmp/wizard.xinus.net113778274051244911 2>&1
Fri, 20 Jan 2006 19:45:40 CET:44911: --output of avp was:

Security error: real user id is not equal to effective user id
--
Fri, 20 Jan 2006 19:45:40 CET:44911: error_condition:
X-Qmail-Scanner-1.25: corrupt or unknown Kaspersky scanner error or
memory/resource/perms problems - exit status 7680/30

I can't disable this security feature with kavscanner. It's seem that
when kavscanner is run with a bit suid or under sudo, the problem appear.

How could I know the "real user id" and "the effective user id" ?
Is they any way to solve my problem ?

Kindest regards,
