Did you try following this FAQ entry:

Content-Scanner Issues



./configure doesn't find supported scanner 'X'. ./configure checks  
your PATH plus a few other known directories for the virus scanners.  
If you have installed it somewhere else, simply alter your PATH so  
that it can find it, then run ./configure again.

Where are your binaries installed?
