Filtering message body

I would like to have some rules in qmail scanner to block outgoing mails which can contain sebsitive,offensive words in the message body. What i feel is if i put in the subject it will work. So i would like to know how can i make it work for message body rether than subject/attachment regds Jac Using Tomcat but need to do more? Need to support web services, security?
