qmail-inject died / insecure dependency error

Hi folks, I've seen both of the errors I'm having on the lists, but not connected; so I'm having trouble putting two and two together. My apologies if this has been covered already, but just know that I did try to do a pretty thorough search of the archives first. Anyways, here's the problem. I'm getting to the point with the qmail-scanner install that I'm running the contrib/test_installation.sh script (with -doit of course) and I'm getting this output: --------------------------------------------------------------- [root@m qmail-scanner-2.01]# sh contrib/test_installation.sh -doit Sending standard test message - no viruses... done! Sending eicar test virus - should be caught by perlscanner module... done! Sending eicar test virus with altered filename - should only be caught by commercial anti-virus modules (if you have any)... Sending bad spam message for anti-spam testing - In case you are using SpamAssassin... qmail-inject: fatal: qq temporary problem (#4.3.0) Bad error. qmail-inject died [root@m qmail-scanner-2.01]# --------------------------------------------------------------- I know that's been seen on the lists before. I've got ClamAV 0.88.2 up and running as well as Spamassassin 3.1.3. Perl version is 5.8.0. System is Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (taroon update 7), kernel is 2.4.21-40.ELsmp.
